If goods are damaged during shipping simply return them to Mad Hatter's Quilt Box. We will credit the cost of the return shipping. Returned items should be packaged and shipped via USPS insured with delivery confirmation. Merchandise should not be shipped COD or via air. We will then replace the goods and also pay for the shipping back to you. The same applies in the event of a packaging error. If for any reason we are unable to replace the goods we will credit your account to include these shipping costs. If you decide not to keep the merchandise you must return items within 10 business days. Items must be in saleable condition. Cut yardage and copyrighted materials can not be returned. Shipping costs for the transaction will be your responsibility. In other words, your credit card will be credited for the returned item only. Your methods and materials are under your control. All patterns and information are offered in good faith, but no warranty is given nor can results be guaranteed.
